Well, we were planning to go to the beach party this afternoon around 2 or 3. There was a review scheduled for 3:00 though and part of the group wanted to go to it. So Phillip decided to just go to the review too. So we were planning to leave at 4:00. The review lasted longer today than usual…figures! Phillip got home at 4:30 and I called to tell everyone we’d pick them up in 15 minutes. The girls decided not to go! Nick went with us though, and we were on our way at 4:45. What should have been a 10 minute drive took over an hour and 15 minutes, so it was after 6:00 by the time we got there and most people were already gone! UGH! Either that, or not many people ended up going after all. That is possible…the weather was terrible today. It was so windy, it was crazy! We ended up just taking a walk on the beach. That part was nice…we hadn’t been to that beach before and it was really pretty with the sun going down! Luckily the drive home didn’t take as long. We’re hoping for better luck tomorrow! The boat ride still sounds awesome!
