Things I took for granted in the U.S.

Calling loved ones on the cell phone anytime I wanted
Milk (we bought shelf milk here…you put in frig after it’s open…it lasts 7 days then and does not taste the same!!!)
Car that I didn’t worry about
Internet at home
Traffic rules
Walmart!!!!!!
Junk food (can’t afford it here)
Having lots of shoes (I already wish I would have brought more)
library
a job (a good one too!)
being able to access money easily (Cash is a pain)
toilet that flushes well
doing laundry easily (I really got spoiled, having our own washer and dryer!!!)
having a dishwasher
